The TTE440L Turbocharger for the B9 and C7 Audi vehicles equipped with the EA888.3 turbocharged engine is the latest hybrid evolution for the ultimate power, while still retaining fast-response, and plug & play ease of fitment. The TTE440L is fitted with a larger 6+6 51mm billet compressor and 9-blade turbine, engineered to provide greater gas flow, reducing back pressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures, allowing safer higher boost levels. The TTE440L Turbocharger Upgraded requires upgraded software, such as 034Motorsport Dynamic+ Stage 3 ECU Tuning Software (COMING SOON)..
Precisely balancing turbochargers is a key critical factor to become a TTE upgrade unit as longevity and performance are paramount. Good balance improves acoustics also. Great care is taken with all TTE turbochargers to achieve TTE’s balance standards. First, parts are balanced at slow speeds up to 2800RPM in multiple planes using TTE’s single parts machine, then components are assembled, and then the CHRA are dynamically balanced. Some applications are balanced up to 250,000 RPM in multiple planes using TTE’s in-house VSR machine to acquire the ultimate equilibrium, to a standard far higher than OEM. Each turbocharger is supplied with a serial numbered balance test result document.
