Vintage Audi 10-valve I5 motors with code JT and KX use an odd hose in the PCV system to connect the valve cover, intake manifold, and crankcase ventilation all in one spot. Going on 35+ years old, chances are this hose has been replaced more than once. The position of the hose means it experiences full intake manifold vacuum as well as heat and hot oil, which soaks into the factor rubber piece, making it overly soft. Eventually, the factory hoses fail and tear, causing an intake leak. Audi discontinued this part years ago and made it NLA (no longer available), until now!
034Motorsport is proud to offer a re-engineered factory piece made from oil and heat-resistant reinforced silicone. This part will last the lifetime of the vehicle and never need replacing again. These early cars are gems and must be kept on the road, and small parts like this ensure long-term, reliable operation for years to come.
